Patient is diagnosed with asymmetric deformity of maxilla and mandible. Class II skeletal malocclusion .

Orthognathic surgery treatment

  • Bilateral sagittal split osteotomy of the lower jaw
  • Osteotomy of the upper jaw at the level of Le Fort I
  • Genioplasty lengthening and advancement
