Primary Diagnoses
Patient with severe maxillary hypoplasia asymmetry, mandibular asymmetry hipopasia, inferior border chin deviation, nasal deviation, left temporomandibular disorder. Patient with maxillary and mandibular deficiency class III open bite, deficient lower facial height.

- Inferior body osteotomy, genioplasty, correction
- Bone grafting to maxilla and mandible
