27-years old patient was referred by orthodontist to corrective jaw surgery. Patient with class II malocclusion, retruded and impacted upper jaw, retruded mandible, short retruded chin. Patient was with deep bite; overjet was 9 mm, overbite was 6 mm.

  • Maxillary hypoplasia, transverse
  • Mandibular hypoplasia, horisontal
  • Macrogenia
