Patient's Chief Complaint: "Cannot chew or bite food, joint discomfort difficulty breathing, speech problems." Patient with class II bite, severely resorbed condyles and retruded mandible.
Surgical recommendations
Patient was required pre-surgical management of TMD with splin therapy. Maxillofacial complex was needed to approached and counterclockwise rotation of the occlusal plane, maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy; mandibular bilateral Sagittal Split osteotomy, and inferior border Osteotomy.
