Patient with maxillary hypoplasia asymmetry, mandibular asymmetry hipopasia, inferior border chin deviation, nasal deviation, left temporomandibular disorder. Patient with maxillary and mandibular deficiency class II open bite, deficient lower facial height.

  • Mandibular bilateral saggital-split osteotomy
  • Inferior body osteotomy, genioplasty, correction
  • Bone grafting to maxilla and mandible
